Reminder all Competitors you must be at the GYM at 7:30am this saturday. 8am will be start of first workout.

Each team must accumulate:

200 double unders
75 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
50 sumo Deadlift high pulls 40/30kg
30 Pull Ups
30 burpees
