Conditioning:

5 Rounds
15 Weighted push ups
15 Pull Ups

Extra’s:

20-18-16-14-12-10 Hollow Rocks
5 Floor Bridges between each set

Continue to work hard on the back squats, and only add weight if everything feels good, knees are out, hamstrings working hard and tummies switched on.
