A quick and easy snack!
-1 cup almonds
-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
-1 tbsp melted coconut oil
-2 medjool dates, pitted

Top Layer

-1 cup raw peanuts
-1/2 cup shredded coconut
-1/4 cup melted coconut oil
-1/4 cup coconut butter
-1 tbsp raw coconut sugar, or to taste

-Blend the base ingredients together, and press down gently in a lined tray
-Place in the freezer and allow to set for 15 minutes
-Clean your blender, and process peanuts and coconut together to make a fine meal
-Add coconut oil, coconut butter and coconut sugar, and blend until combined
-Gently layer and press on top of base, and freeze until set
-Top with shredded coconut
