Today is at 1000 Steps, we are all so having a  BBQ. All Friends & Family welcome sign up here!

The Kokoda Track Memorialis a really fun, social and enjoyable workout. The scenery is beautiful and for most people it is challenging but not too tough. The track is actually about 700 steps (0.7 km long). You don’t have to do 1000 Steps this is also intended as a social occasion.

We will be having a BBQ afterwards. If you are staying for the BBQ some food etc will be provided please ask Tristan what to bring. We will have a communal cooking session where we can meet and talk. BBQ Meat has been provided  Walma’s Continental Butcher and is Paleo.

Paleo Sweets have also been cooked!

The BBQ area is undercover so we’ll be okay even if it rains.

Meeting Place and Time

We meet at Crossfit Ringwood at 8:45am. We leave at 9am sharp.

Alternatively
We meet at the top end of the car park (on the sidewalk near the disabled parking spots). Look for the large stone pillars and sign. at approximately 9:20am

The MELWAY Reference is Map 74 H4. Use the car park off the Mount Dandenong Tourist Road.

The entrance to the car park is immediately to the left after the turn off from Burwood Highway to Mount Dandenong Tourist Road. The sign says “Dandenong Ranges National Park Welcome”.

1000 steps
