9am Work out of the day

In teams Max distance Row in 10 minutes.

In teams of two, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of
Run 200m.
Every time a team member finishes a run they must perform
20 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg/16kg before they may run again.

 Herbed Eggplant Chips Light, crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle, these are going to be a regular on your menu.
