Weightlifting skills 8am

Workout of the day 9am

Each team must accumulate:

200 double unders
75 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
50 sumo Deadlift high pulls 40/30kg
30 Pull Ups
30 burpees

One partner can be accumulating reps. The other partner must run/row 200m, then they trade spots and the other partner picks up where the first partner left off. This will continue until the team has accumulated all of their reps for each exercise.

Next Saturday 8am your all invited to come take part, no matter what your skill level in the CrossFit Ringwood Fitter Faster Stronger In House Competition and Xmas party. There will be a Lunch BBQ on the day. Remember to register before the 25th November, family, Kids and friends are welcome to come down and watch the event.  After party Drinks at the Coach & Horses from 6pm
