8am Weightlifting Skills

Come improve your lifting with our Highly skilled weight lifters – coaches to help you to improve all your lifts. Sessions are for Beginner to advanced.

9am WOD

Team WOD

5 rounds
21 Hand Release Push ups
15 Kettlebell swings
9 Burpee Box jumps

Only one person moving per team at a time, each person has to complete the round to count as 1 round.

Open Gym

During these hours Come in and work on some skills do a missed WOD.

Saturday 2:30pm Until 4:30pm (WOD 3pm)

Sunday open Gym 12pm until 2pm (WOD 1pm)

On August 4, 2012 CrossFit Ringwood and world will unite together hosting the “31Heroes” WOD honoring the men killed in action on August 6, 2011.
