Work out of the day 9am

In pairs complete as much as possible in 15 minutes of:
50 Ring row
40 Ball slam
50 Push-ups
40 Ball slam
60 Kettlebell 24kg (16kg)
50 Ball slam
80 Squat

Movements cannot be partitioned, e.g. you must finish the ring row before starting the push-ups
Only one person can work at any one time

Rest 5 minutes then:
As an individual complete as many burpees as possible in 3 minutes after:
Run 800m
2 Rounds of:
9 Pull-ups
15 Hollow rock
20 Lunge alternating legs
