I’ve tried the gym, boot camp and even personal training – each had its good points. Crossfit combines all those plus more. I love the varied workouts and most of all the mental and physical challenge. CrossFit Ringwood is a great little gym and it chief coach Tristan is the best Personal Trainer I have had so for. I get great value for money and my physical health has improved out of site since I’ve been training there.
It has a nice friendly atmosphere and the members are all friendly and committed. It’s the sort of place you want to go back to unlike many other gyms which just take your money and give little support.
I find Tristan’s approach to Crossfit and the whole crossfit methodology very useful and I’ll continue to train there even though it’s quite far from where I live on Mont Albert.

CrossFit Ringwood is a fantastic way to improve your fitness. I found the trainer Tristan and all the people I met to be really friendly, of course everyone is focused on improving their general Fitness levels; but it makes the whole experience much richer when you’ve got a small community and a real feeling of camaraderie at each of the training sessions. The Gym is clean and well equipped. The sessions are varied and challenging.
