15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 42.5/30kg

Extra’s:

Snatch Test
Take 60% of your 1RM Back Squat.
Complete 1 Snatch EMOM at this weight for 10 Minutes.
If you hit 7 – 10 out of the 10 attempts more strength is needed.
If you hit 1 – 6 out of the 10 attempts more technique is needed.
