The CrossFit Games is upon us!
If you are new to our community and don’t know what the open is all about you soon will!
Training will run as per normal and you don’t have to be registered in the open to train over this five week period.
It is an exciting time of year for the CrossFit Ringwood community!
This year due to the open workout only being released on Friday we will program the open workout on Monday each week. You will have your choice of the 6 allocated sessions on Monday to get the workout done.
If you absolutely cannot get the workout done on Monday then there will be options available for you to get it done at another available time, Please speak to in advance Tristan.

20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

21-15-9 reps, for time of:
Toes-to-bar
Burpee
